Michaela is transitioning to her own apartment as she is aging out of the Division's care in June 2019. She is always on the go as she works part time, attends college courses to become a nurse and is part of a sorority. Michaela would love to have a pressure cooker to make quick meals after a long day at work and school so she does not have to spend money on take out.

Michaela is 24 years old and lives in NJ

Michaela is a hardworking adolescent who is attending school to become a nurse and works part time. She is part of a Woman's Empowerment group, which she finds very important as it as helped motivate her to get herself where she is today. She enjoys spending time with her peers and studying for school. She cannot wait to become a nurse and help people.
