Jocelyn is a sweet girl. She has been in foster care for a little over a year. She is turning three is just a few weeks and would wants to celebrate with her sisters and brother and her foster family. She currently lives with her sisters but doesn't get to see her brother as much because he lives in another foster home. This party will allow Jocelyn not only to celebrate turning three but she will get to celebrate with her brother and sisters as well. This would make her very happy.

Jocelyn is a sweet girl who recently came into care. She was placed in care with her three sisters. Jocelyn is a busy body who loves Minnie Mouse. She also likes having books read to her. She loves playing with her sisters.
