A Helmet for Anna so she can join her sister on a bike at the park

Anna is a very active little girl and her foster parents would very much like to teach her the lifelong skill of bike riding. They live opposite a park and plan to spend a lot of time there this summer. Anna can not wait to learn how to ride a bike but first she needs a helmet!
Anna is 7 years old and lives in NJ
Anna and her sister Julia were placed in foster care in 2017 and have been in a couple of placements. The girls are very close in age and temperament. They love to play together and are very active. Both girls are bilingual in Spanish and English. They love to swim, practice gymnastics and play with dolls. Both are very girly girls with lots of energy. They are currently in a preschool intervention program that aims to get them up to date academically before they enter school.
