A Helmet for Julia so she can learn the joys of bike riding

Julia is very active and loves pink. She would love this pink helmet so that she can learn how to ride a bike this summer. Her current foster home is opposite a park and there will be a lot of opportunities for her to get out and explore.
Julia is 9 years old and lives in NJ
Julia and her sister Anna were placed in foster care in 2017 and have been in a couple of placements. The girls are very close in age and temperament. They love to play together and are very active. Both girls are bilingual in Spanish and English. They love to swim, practice gymnastics and play with dolls. Both are very girly girls with lots of energy. They are currently in a preschool intervention program that aims to get them up to date academically before they enter school.
