Having a bike of her own would allow Chelsea to be able to spend more time with her friends and go on excursions with the foster family. She would feel a sense of ownership and belonging. By giving her a gift card she can have the experience of picking out exactly what she wants.
Chelsea is 21 years old and lives in OH
Chelsea is a great girl. She is slow to open up but when she gets to know a person they become fast friends. She hasn't thought much about her future but is now participating in a career exploration class to help determine her interests. Chelsea loves to socialize with her friends at school and her foster siblings! She is very protective of her foster siblings.
