Send Hayden to Camp to spend time with her brothers

Hayden lives apart from her two brothers and is especially close to them since going into foster care almost eight years ago. The only time they get to spend more than a few hours together is at Camp to Belong MA, a week of camp each August specifically designed for siblings who are separated as a result of foster care. This is a very special time not only to try new activities together (ropes course, swimming, arts and crafts) but also a time to build their relationship through family repair activities (scrap books/photos, belated birthday parties, etc.). Hayden loves her brothers and the opportunity to spend this special time with them.
Hayden is 15 years old and lives in MA
Hayden is outgoing, makes friends easily. She and her brothers have been in and out of the Massachusetts foster care system for almost 8 years. Despite the challenges she has faced she is a very positive, fun loving and affectionate child who loves her siblings. She has been living with her grandfather for two years and he is her legal guardian. He is retired, on a very fixed income, and is not in a position to also be a caregiver to her older brothers. They are being cared for by other adults in a legal, but temporary, guardianship arrangement and do not get to see one another regularly.
