From Julissa: " I wish for my sister and I to learn Sign Language. I ant this wish to come true because it is hard for my sister to communicate and sometimes it is frustrating for her and us because she can not express herself. This will mean so much to me because my sister is my best friend and she is the only bio family that has stuck with me through this long journey.:
Julissa is 18 years old and lives in CA
From Julissa: "I am 14, and I was put into foster care when I was 2. I got adopted when I was 5, but unfortunately I was placed back in the system 8 months ago. I have a sister who has down syndrome and is non verbal. I love to run, read, and write. I want to work as a detective for the BAU."
