Tiffany recently learned that she has some fees that must be paid before she can return to College in the fall. She is currently on a payment plan, but this takes away from the monthly budget to provide for her, her daughter, and her little one on the way! Tiffany is asking for an HEB Gift card that will allow her to provide for emergency necessities such as groceries, toiletries, or gas to go to and from appointments.
