Izabell is making a ton of friends at her new school and would love to be able to stay in touch with all of them over the summer. Being 17, Izabell is allowed to go out more places with her friends but always has to borrow a phone in order to check in with her foster family. Her family thinks she is ready for a phone of her own but are not able to financially support one. Izabell is looking for a job to be able to support her own bill as well, but is finding it more difficult without having a phone for her employer to contact her directly.
