Jalani was just moved to a new resource home and does not have any friends yet in the new home. Jalani told his worker that he really wants to go to the movies with his mom and sister on their next visit and asked if he could have some movie tickets.
Jalani is 13 years old and lives in NJ
Jalani is a very bright and talented little girl who loves to read. She loves school and often asks for extra work to take home, saying that she wants to practice more so she can become a doctor when she grows up. She is not sure what kind of doctor and the answer varies depending on the day but most of the time she wants to "be a doctor that works with babies." Jalani is very imaginative and plays well with others and alone.
