As a single dad caring for a baby, Sean has beat the odds by securing a subsidized apartment. With help from A Sense of Home, Sean's apartment was fully furnished with everything the growing family needs - except a basic stove. Sean, who loves to cook, faces serious struggles in preparing food for himself and his baby. This basic appliance has not been available in Sean's home for a few months already and we are seeking help to get him a new stove.
Sean is 27 years old and lives in CA
Sean had been in foster care for many years. After aging out he recently was able to finally secure an apartment. Sean is a single father and his one year old son lives with him. Sean works two jobs to make ends meet and to tend to the needs of his growing baby. When he finds free time he enjoys painting and watching movies.
