A Window Air Conditioner for Isaiah a college student

Isaiah resides in an independent living program and has his own apartment. He is in need of an air conditioner for his bedroom. The program does not provide Isaiah with an AC for his room. He has been having a lot of difficulty sleeping because it is very hot in his room. Isaiah has limited family support and his mother cannot provide for him financially.
Isaiah is 23 years old and lives in NJ
Isaiah is attending Bergen Community College with hopes of transferring to Montclair State University in 2022. Isaiah is majoring in early education and child education management. He works with younger children as an after-school counselor. He is very involved in his church and sings for the choir. Isaiah is a hard worker and is very motivated. He enjoys spending time at his church, watching movies, going out to eat and hanging out with friends and family. Isaiah is in the process of securing his own apartment in the spring 2021.
