Tyler's grandmother always wanted to take Tyler to Disneyland. She would always tell Tyler stories of how she dreamed of taking Tyler's mother, and when that couldn't happen she dreamed of taking Tyler. Unfortunately due to medical circumstances, Tyler's grandmother was never able to take Tyler to Disneyland before she passed away. Tyler would love to go to Disneyland with their adoptive mother to celebrate their grandmother's life.
Tyler is 22 years old and lives in CA
From Tyler: "I’m living on my own, my biggest achievement was not changing who I am because of all I went through, I love to learn new things, I have overcome bullying, being sexually assaulted by someone I trusted and constantly having to deal with people leaving."
