J is thriving in his new home where he is soon to be adopted. In 2018, J learned that he had a family that he didn't know about. His grandpa, grandma, and sister whom he has never met live in Texas. J's grandpa, grandma, and sister had a trip planned to come to Wisconsin in December of 2018, however J's grandma passed away unexpectedly. His grandpa's health has deteriorated and does not allow him to travel. J longs to travel to Texas with his foster parents to meet his family for the first time. He wishes to meet his grandpa and his sister before he is adopted by his forever family.
J is 16 years old and lives in WI
J is an amazing, resilient child who loves to play sports and is extremely athletic! His two favorite sports are baseball and basketball. He plays on two local teams! J also loves to read; he is able to read multiple books at a time and keep track of each story simultaneously. J is an animal lover and really loves dogs. He loves to read and snuggle with the 3 family dogs. His favorite food is baked beans.
