Three times per week, Harper takes an hour long bus ride to see her birth parents. During the trip, Harper has a hard time sitting still. Harper would benefit from an educational tablet to play with during these long drives.
Harper is 6 years old and lives in NY
Harper is a happy little girl who loves books, music, Barney, and Sesame Street. She loves to move around to music and smile at her foster family. Harper is happiest when she is watching her favorite TV programs.
