Tatum and Thowa are extraordinary youth who face challenges every day. This wish would allow Tatum and Thowa to navigate their world a little more independently. Neither Tatum nor Thowa ask for much because their caregiver has taken in four grandchildren in total and is raising them on her own. These wishes would brighten their day and would make their birthdays that much more special. Tatum and Thowa are deeply considerate and appreciative individuals and if their wishes were granted they would be so grateful
Thowa is 23 years old and lives in OR
Thowa is a twin and he absolutely adores his sister. He is autistic but he graduated from high school last year and is now attending the Community Transitional Program, he works hard and is so proud of his accomplishments!
