Elijah is a foster youth who recently transitioned into independent living and is a participant in a program with an organization that assists foster youth with affordable and stable housing. He is super excited about his new apartment that he shares with another foster youth. Elijah is looking forward to spending the holidays in his new apartment and gift card can help him purchase essential items for his new home.

Elijah is a foster youth who is in independent living with the support of the YESS organization . He is preparing to transition into a new life of total independency when he turns 21. He aspires to become a mentor to younger youth and is currently working towards earning an Associates Degree in Child Development. Elijah has a calm, cool disposition about himself and is very caring and nurturing toward others. He is determined to beat all the odds. Elijah likes playing his PlayStation, going to the movies, and playing basketball with friends in his spare time.
