A laptop for Justice who wants to feel like a normal teen

Justice currently resides in a teen shelter and would love to have something of her own. The one thing Justice has been asking for is a laptop. This would be beneficial not only for school and homework but also for recreation. Being in foster care and placed in a teen shelter, Justice sometimes struggles with feeling like a normal teen. She would like access to a computer to not only be able to get her homework done, but also to just have some sense of private time in the public shelter where she resides.
Justice is 20 years old and lives in MN
Justice is a kind, caring and hard working young lady. She is in foster care for the second time after being displaced from her grandparents care, following foster care for over a year. She is a very happy and outgoing girl despite her rough situation. She enjoys her job at a local pizza place. She used to play volleyball and loves to hang out with friends listening to music.
