Justin is getting ready to head to South Africa for a few months and is trying to save every penny he can until then. He would love a gas gift card to help him get back and forth to school and work for the next few weeks!
Justin is 27 years old and lives in MI
Justin is a man of faith and former foster youth from Detroit, Michigan. He is graduated from Western Michigan University in June of 2020 with a degree in Public Relations and African Studies. He loves learning about economic empowerment and how he can bring people together. He co-developed his university’s first multi-country study abroad program to Rwanda and Uganda focusing on race relations, conflict resolution and women empowerment. He is the co-author of the bestselling book "Redefining Normal: How Two Foster Kids Beat The Odds and Discovered Healing, Happiness and Love", written with his wife Alexis. Justin is also building a business with Alexis, The Scholarship Expert, because they want to help increase access to higher education, especially for former foster youth.
