A Laptop for Quentin to use for education and socialization purposes

Quentin tries to fit in with his friends but sometimes it can be difficult because he is a young person living in foster care. He doesn't necessarily have the same access to resources as his friends who are living with their birth families. Being more quiet and reserved, playing video games on-line with his friends offers him time to be together and also it allows him some space. If Quentin received his wish of a laptop, he would continue to have the opportunity to game with his friends. He would also have his own laptop for school work instead of having to use a shared device. Quentin's progress at school has shown a positive improvement in the last year and having access to his own laptop may be able to continue to support his academic progress.
Quentin is 21 years old and lives in MN
Quentin is a soft-spoken, observant young person. His older sister was adopted and she is now an adult. Quentin would like to be adopted by his foster parents but they are not ready to make that commitment at this time. He is kind hearted and feels he is part of his the foster parent's family. He has declined his adoption worker looking for other families and chooses to remain living in foster care with the family who feels like his home. Quentin loves to long-board around the neighborhood with his friends. A few months ago he started at his first job. He busses dishes at a local restaurant. Quentin loves to play video games, both alone and on-line with his friends.
