Caroline is so excited for her birthday. She's been planning it non stop all week long. She's decided she wants vanilla cupcakes with pink frosting, topped with Peppa Pig rings. Unfortunately the grocery store that makes all of the birthday desserts for the shelter doesn't have Peppa Pig decorations. We want to make sure she has her perfect birthday, so these cupcake rings will help make her dream come true.
