Due to his autism and inability to communicate verbally, Amonte could benefit from having a tablet to support learning and communication remotely. He was using a picture exchange program at school to communicate. Amonte has been showing interest in using his foster mom's phone. Offering him the opportunity to begin using a tablet at home will help him communicate better with his family!
Amonte is 10 years old and lives in MN
Amonte is an amazing child who has a sister with him living in foster care. He has autism and is non-verbal. Amonte loves school and is hopeful to meet his new parents someday. He loves being outside, playing with a ball, swinging, going on the merry-go-round, taking walks and swimming.
