A Stroller for Matias who is getting big and is hard to carry around

Matias is in kinship care with an older sibling. He some health issues concerning his vision making getting around outside of the home difficult. Matias just recently had eye surgery and has become too heavy to carry around. Having a new stroller to help take Matias out would be super helpful during his recovery. He has many follow up appointments to attend and carrying him has become to much on his sibling.
Matias is 6 years old and lives in NC
Matias is a happy little boy who was born with vision and other health issues. He loves to smile and listen to music on the television. He loves to dance and sway to music! He is currently living with his older sibling who dotes on him daily. He is very attached to her and gives her kisses constantly.
