A Laptop for Rafael who is resilient and bright

Rafael is in special education classes and has an IEP. He also sees a therapist weekly. Due to Coronavirus, all of this has been halted. A laptop would not only mean that Rafael could continue his schoolwork online, but also that he could meet with his therapist online as well.
Rafael is 17 years old and lives in CA
Rafael is a wonderful and resilient young man. He has special medical conditions that are very serious. He was recently released to the care of his mother, but has switched schools back and forth as a result. Despite being switched to different schools his bright and positive outlook helps him make friends easily and he is well-liked by many. He is a very special child with a wonderful personality.
