During this time of the Covid-19, Charlie and his sister have to visit with their parents via video chat. Due to the age of the children it is difficult to do the video chat via phone. A tablet with a case to stand up would make it simpler to host the visit. Charlie is at a young age and the Division wants to ensure all children can have as much stability as they can have during this difficult time.
Charlie is 6 years old and lives in NJ
Charlie is a funny little guy with a lovable personality. Charlie is thriving being around other children and learning from them. He is in a loving foster home, and his foster parents enjoy taking Charlie and his sister to different activities where they can meet new friends.
