New Clothes for Dmitri who recently moved homes

Dmitri was removed from his mother's care in April, right at the time that everyone was staying home. It has been a challenging time for him to not be able to see the people at school/daycare that he was used to and also leave his mom's home. He recently moved again to a grandpa's house, and his grandpa needs some help with clothing and shoes for him so that Dmitri can play out in the hot weather without being uncomfortable.
Dmitri is 7 years old and lives in OH
Dmitri is a loving little boy who enjoys being with people. He loves daycare, never would meet a stranger and loves giving big hugs. He is generally happy and loves to try new things.
