Carter has asked for a Minecraft Pirate Lego Set as a special wish. He loves pirates and wants to be one when he grows up. He loves Lego's and has a great imagination to build things beyond what is in a set. He has the patience to sit an entire morning or afternoon quietly playing with his Lego's.

Carter has dreams of being a pirate when he grows up, but he reports he will be a firefighter if he has to have a backup plan. Carter is a friendly child who likes to play Minecraft with his older brother. He likes to garden and is currently helping his foster family grow corn in their back yard. Besides his older brother, he also has a little sister who he adores and protects at all costs.
