An iPad for William to use for school and to communicate

William is nonverbal, and his teachers and ABA therapists use iOS apps to teach William various topics. He needs an iPad with a durable case in order to do these activities and use these apps. His eyesight is not good, so his foster mother's phone screen is too small for him to see clearly.
William is 11 years old and lives in VA
William is an awesome, funny kiddo. He has spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. Although he is nonverbal, he loves to kick his feet and yell when he is excited. He loves music and light up toys. He also loves to swing on his outdoor swing, this way he can still interact with people from a safe distance amid the pandemic.
