Kelcey loves to ride her tricycle outside, but she is quickly outgrowing it. She is ready to try a two-wheeler like her brother. This balance bike doesn't have gears, but will allow Kelcey to learn her balance and gain confidence before moving on to a classic bike.

Kelcey is a rambunctious little girl who lives in foster care with her "big big" brother. While the transition away from her mother has been rough, Kelcey is comforted by her brother who is more of a parent figure. Kelcey loves to ride around on her brother's back pretending he is a horse. When he is too busy studying, Kelcey pretends to study with him by coloring quietly or looking at picture books. She also loves to play with baby dolls and is described by her foster mother as being very girly.
