Izrayl is a sweet and caring young boy. Foster care has set him back a little bit, but he continues to progress and do well. He loves to play with his new foster siblings and family. He likes to play outside and play with various cars and trucks when he is indoors. He has taken quite an interest in skating and playing hockey with his foster family.
