A Mobility Ramp to make it easier for Autumn and her family

Autumn is physically disabled and in a wheel chair. Her family's home is not accessible for the wheelchair at this time. The family has either been carrying Autumn in her wheelchair or carrying Autumn and the wheelchair separately to the bus or car when they need to leave the home. An 8 foot foldable ramp would help the family be able to safely move Autumn in and out of the home.
Autumn is 11 years old and lives in NJ
Autumn is a curious young girl. She is disabled and responds as though she is much younger than her chronological age. She attends a specialized school and also receives supportive therapies to help her. She loves music and will sway along anytime she hears it.
