Miguel and his brother had to leave Texas and move to Alabama to live with their adoptive grandparents. Miguel is having a hard time adjusting and has a hard time making new friends. He misses the friends he had to leave behind and this Nintendo Switch would give him a way to connect and play games with them. His grandparents say it would lift his spirits a lot.
Miguel is 13 years old and lives in AL
Miguel and his brother were adopted as infants but recently removed from their adoptive parents because of neglect and they now live with their adoptive grandparents. They were moved from Texas to Alabama so there has been a lot of change for them. Miguel is in therapy now to help him adjust and he has just started horse therapy which he loves and looks forward to. Miguel is a quiet young man who struggles in school and with making friends but a counselor at his new school has been working with him. Miguel is starting to adjust well in school and even asked to join an after school tutoring class.
