Ishbel loves playing outdoors. She has never had a bike before, however she has been on one and she loved it. It will be a great surprise for her to get her own bike with training wheels. She will master balancing in no time!
Ishbel is 6 years old and lives in CA
Ishbel is a sweet girl placed in foster care along with her twin sister, Aaliyah and her brothers, Jayden and Adrian. This is her second time in placement. She is a very kind girl, however she is limited in her verbal skills and has some developmental delays she is working to overcome. She plays well with others and enjoys being a helper.
