Jasmine will enjoy riding a bike when she is having trouble feeling calm. Jasmine tends to get overwhelmed when she thinks about her past and her current situation. She just wishes things were different but she is learning to cope. Having a bike to ride will help Jasmine feel like she has some more freedom at her foster home. Biking will be very therapeutic for Jasmine who will benefit from having an outdoor outlet when she is frustrated.
Jasmine is 14 years old and lives in CA
Jasmine was placed in foster care after her biological mother was arrested. Jasmine has had a hard time adjusting to her placement and her new school. Jasmine enjoys spending time outside exercising and playing with the family dog, Alaska.
