Makai was recently awarded a Section 8 voucher that she can use towards an apartment for her and her son. She is overjoyed as she will finally have a place she can call her own and watch her son grow! Makai needs support in setting up her apartment and making it look like a "home" starting with a new bed for her young son.
Makai is 21 years old and lives in PA
Makai is a young woman who came into care a few years ago. She is incredibly smart, funny, and aware of who she is and what she wants. She’s is also an incredible self-advocate. Makai is a young mother to her son, Nova. Makai works really hard in hopes of creating a better life for her son.
