A Laptop for Jorel who needs help learning English

Jorel is having a hard time adjusting to life in New Jersey. It's not all bad, just very different than his life back home in Haiti. Jorel is trying to learn English so that he can learn better in school. HIs caseworker is requesting a laptop for Jorel so that he can work on his English with the use of the internet, watching YouTube and using different sites to practice through listening, watching and typing.
Jorel is 12 years old and lives in NJ
Jorel and his family immigrated to the US from Haiti. Jorel is struggling to learn English and to adapt to the US culture. He misses his friends and family back home but is trying to find friends and learn what they do for fun here. Jorel enjoys family time, drawing and loves his mother’s cooking.
