At her last group home, they helped her to graduate high school and really cared about Leah and her future. Leah a now a strong single mom to her daughter, and she will do anything to make sure her daughter grows up with a better childhood than hers.
Leeann is a single mother and former foster youth. She has been struggling financially and with the rising cost of food needs help purchasing food staples like fresh fruit, vegetables, and meat to keep her and her daughters bellies full.
