A New Bike for Heather so she can expand her job search

Heather is hoping to get her permit and driving lessons soon. Until then, she could use a quality bicycle - something that would help her get to her current job but also expand her options in terms of new employment. Right now, she walks the mile to work and isn't up for a longer on-foot commute. A bike would change that.
Heather is 21 years old and lives in PA
Heather is currently living with her sister while she finishes her senior year of high school. She hopes to become a chemical engineer and is excited to start her post-secondary education at community college next year. Heather and her sister work hard to make ends meet and are committed to being there for each other through all of life's ups and downs.
