New Luggage for Kris who is moving to a new home

Posted Jun 7, 2022
Kris is finally moving out of residential care and in to a foster home, and the family loves love to travel. Kris will definitely be joining them on all their adventures and needs a nice, sturdy luggage set to keep his belongings safe during their travels. He would love a gift card to JCPenney so he can pick out his very own set!

Kris is 13 years old and lives in ME

Kris is an adventurous and intelligent young boy. He loves to be outside swimming in the summer and building snowmen in the winter. He has been living in foster care for 5 years and has had a difficult time being separated from his mother and siblings. He uses his imagination to deal with some of the grief and loss he feels. Games like Minecraft help him socialize with other kiddos and use his imagination to solve puzzles and create new worlds. He also loves to learn. If given the chance and proper support at school, he shines. He also has a very giving heart. While he can have trouble controlling his anger at times, he is quick to acknowledge what he did wrong and try to make amends. Kris is a young boy who needs patience, understanding, and above anything else- to know that he matters in this world and is loved!
