A FitBit for Lexi who wants to track her sleep for her mental health

Lexi is hoping to receive a Fitbit to help regulate her sleep. She is trying to regulate her sleep before heading to a state of dissociative episodes caused from PTSD. Lexi currently has therapy to help manage this, but in order to help her learn to regulate it more, her therapist has recommended a FitBit to teach her the triggers. Lexi has a desire to be healthy and get a great night's sleep.
Lexi is 19 years old and lives in OH
Lexi is a bright, intuitive young lady who has only been in foster care for a short time. She loves to learn and has long term goals for college with a successful career.
