Misty is in need of fresh groceries for her and her family. She is doing her best to be the best mom that she can be while also working two jobs to provide for her family. Misty does her best to visit the local food pantries and food banks to get her groceries, but with her busy schedule, there are many times when Misty cannot make it in time for their distribution hours. Despite her best attempts, Misty does find herself struggling to maintain her usual healthy diet. She would like to get assistance to get fresh groceries that can last her for a few weeks. Granting this wish would really help Misty out financially and relieve some of her stress.
Misty is 45 years old and lives in CA
Misty was a former foster youth who aged out of the system when she was younger. Misty is a resilient person, who has always dreamt of adopting children. Having known the struggles of the foster system herself, Misty wanted to help children in need and give them a home and life that she never had when she was younger. In the past year, Misty adopted two daughters into her family - both of them are biological siblings who were abandoned by their biological mother. Misty is doing her best to be the best mom that she could be, but she is struggling financially as both of her daughters are in constant need of medical attention due to their biological mother's unhealthy use of substances while she was carrying them. Misty loves being a mom to her two loving daughters and she hopes to continue building her family.
