A Corvette Lego Set for Jordan to build with his family

Posted Nov 21, 2022
Jordan was diagnosed with Leukimia and has expressed that he believes he is still here today because of his family's support. While Jordan is in remission, he is still mentally healing from the taxing years of treatments and doctor appointments. Jordan just wants to be a kid, play legos with his family and focus on remaining happy and healthy. Jordan's family recent had to leave their home due to a domestic issue, so the toys that he once had he longer has access to. This lego set will be so exciting for him to find under the Christmas tree.

Jordan is 14 years old and lives in NY

Jordan is resilient teen who loves playing board games or any kind of game that involves playing with his family. Jordan is amazing at art and loves spending time with his family while drawing. Jordan is very focused on school and loves learning new things. Life has not been easy for the Jordan, but he continues to focus on building the family dynamic in a positive way. Jordan is kind-hearted and optimistic despite challenges the family is facing.

Jordan receives the gift from New Alternatives for Children!

"We received the SUPER COOL corvette set today for Jordan. This is an especially helpful timing as Jordan's has been having some health problems and cannot attend school right now. This will give him something to fill his time with, especially since he doesn't have many toys at home to play with. I want to thank you on behalf of our agency, and the social worker on this case, for helping to make some wishes come true, and some smiles possible this holiday for the family. Thank you!"
