Leticia is a lovely young lady who fell upon hard times while crossing the border into the US through no fault of her own. She has been thriving in her foster home. She is the mother of a little girl and has learning delays, but she has made strides in school and takes such good care of her little one.

Leticia has been wanting to learn how to better care for her appearance. She fell in love with a flat iron a friend of hers has from school, and would love to have one of her own. Normally, she focuses all her attention on her daughter so it is important to encourage Leticia to take some time for herself and invest in her personal care.
