Emelia is a happy little girl. She crawls everywhere and she has learned to pull herself up and walk around the furniture. She likes to eat everything foster mom makes for her especially finger foods. She is always laughing and smiling. She has a brother she gets to visit with often. Emelia is currently learning to play with ride on toys which she likes because they give her freedom to move around.
