Charlie is a cute cuddly toddler who is the youngest of five siblings in foster care. She loves to play with her siblings and her peers at daycare. She is very friendly and loves to eat and affectionate. Charlie is learning to talk and has become very verbal over the last few months. Charlie loves the movie frozen, and she mimics the songs from the movie.
