Charles is a bright little boy who enjoys playing video games with friends or playing outside in the summertime. He is the youngest of six siblings all in separate placements. He has been in foster care since he was a baby but knows his siblings and family. Being separated has been difficult but he is resilient, and he finds his peace in playing video games with friends. He is in the process of being adopted soon. He loves his foster family, and they are committed to giving him his forever home they he longs for.
