Salma is a mother who grew up in the NYC foster care system. She moved to NJ to have more space and provide a different life for her family than what she experienced. Salma has loved the transition out of the city and the different opportunities it grants her family. Salma is enrolled in a medical technology program to further her career options at the medical facility where she is employed.
