Karen and her siblings have been in foster care off and on for most of their lives. She is very mature and does a great job of persevering through the challenges that she has faced over the years. She is an incredible caregiver for her brothers Sergio Jr. and Sergio, III. She is a wonderful young woman who has taken on the role of second mother and keeps her siblings upbeat and hopeful about the future.
