Rickie is an outgoing little boy. He looks up to his older brother when trying new things. Since he was placed out of care, he has clung to his brother. He is thankful to be with him. He is a sweet boy. He loves cars and trucks. He often mimics car sounds as he plays with his toys and pretends like they are monster trucks climbing big rocks. He loves playing outside with his brother.
