Qrbn has been in care for a little over a year and was able to be placed with his older brother's father. Qrbn has made so many amazing strides in his speech and his developmental milestones. Qrbn is a kid who loves to be outside and play. He is a spirited young boy who wants to explore and do all the things his older brother wants to do.
